Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned.
- Custom or special-order products are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@nxtleveltech.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending back the product.
- The product must be shipped back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours at info@nxtleveltech.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
