- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return Process:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team at repairs@nxtleveltech.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
