Plain-language customer rights

NXT aims to present online terms, product information, pricing, delivery, returns, warranty, and privacy information in plain language so customers can make informed buying decisions.

Electronic Communications and Transactions Act disclosures

  • NXT publishes its trading name, website, email, telephone number, physical address, terms, payment methods, return/refund policy, privacy policy, security and payment information, pricing, delivery information, and product descriptions through the website, checkout, invoices, and policy pages.
  • Formal legal entity, registration, VAT, office bearer, accreditation, and code-of-conduct details should be confirmed against NXT's current business records where a transaction or regulator requires them.
  • Customers can access, store, and reproduce these website terms electronically through their browser and should keep copies of quotes, invoices, confirmations, and payment records.

Cooling-off and delivery

  • Where ECTA applies, eligible natural-person consumers may cancel qualifying online purchases within 7 days after receiving goods.
  • NXT will execute orders within the promised or agreed time, subject to payment, stock, courier, import, supplier, and force majeure conditions. If supply fails, NXT will communicate replacement, back-order, cancellation, or refund options.

Consumer Protection Act remedies

The Consumer Protection Act may provide remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, unsuitable, or misdescribed goods. NXT's returns and warranty process must be applied in a way that does not remove non-excludable statutory rights.

Complaints and disputes

Customers should contact info@nxtleveltech.co.za with order details and supporting information so NXT can investigate. Customers may also use payment provider, courier, manufacturer, consumer regulator, or court processes where applicable.
