Repair workflow
The MVP captures the repair request into the existing lead system, then the workshop team handles evaluation, reporting, quotation, updates, and turnaround directly with the client.
Capture contact details, equipment identity, fault symptoms, accessories, urgency, and preferred update channel before workshop intake.
The workshop inspects the unit, confirms the reported behavior where possible, and identifies the likely fix path.
Findings are translated into a plain-language report covering the fault, proposed work, parts risk, and practical timing.
A quotation is issued where required. Qualifying repairs under R1,000 follow the automatic approval terms shown below.
Approved fixes are completed, then the unit is checked again so the handover is based on a tested result.
Clients receive progress updates through the chosen channel and are contacted for collection, delivery, or next steps.

Client updates
Clients can choose the best update channel at check-in. The workshop uses that context to keep the repair path clear as the unit moves through evaluation, quotation, repair, and handover.
The workshop confirms the request and asks for missing context before the equipment is assessed.
Clients are kept informed once the likely fault, repair route, or further testing need is clear.
Repair cost, parts considerations, and timing are communicated before quoted work proceeds.
The team works toward an excellent turnaround time while staying honest about parts and diagnostic realities.

The form does not create a live tracking portal or approve a repair automatically. It gives the workshop the context needed to start the intake conversation cleanly.
