Repair workflow

A smooth process from check-in to completion.

The MVP captures the repair request into the existing lead system, then the workshop team handles evaluation, reporting, quotation, updates, and turnaround directly with the client.

  1. 01

    Check in the unit

Capture contact details, equipment identity, fault symptoms, accessories, urgency, and preferred update channel before workshop intake.

  2. 02

    Evaluate the fault

The workshop inspects the unit, confirms the reported behavior where possible, and identifies the likely fix path.

  3. 03

    Prepare the fix report

Findings are translated into a plain-language report covering the fault, proposed work, parts risk, and practical timing.

  4. 04

    Quote or approval path

A quotation is issued where required. Qualifying repairs under R1,000 follow the automatic approval terms shown below.

  5. 05

    Repair and test

Approved fixes are completed, then the unit is checked again so the handover is based on a tested result.

  6. 06

    Update and hand over

Clients receive progress updates through the chosen channel and are contacted for collection, delivery, or next steps.

Agreement

By using NXT repair services, you agree to these repair terms and conditions. Assessment fees, storage fees, and collection timelines apply to workshop repair items.

Client updates

Progress updates stay part of the repair, not an afterthought.

Clients can choose the best update channel at check-in. The workshop uses that context to keep the repair path clear as the unit moves through evaluation, quotation, repair, and handover.

Intake confirmation

The workshop confirms the request and asks for missing context before the equipment is assessed.

Evaluation update

Clients are kept informed once the likely fault, repair route, or further testing need is clear.

Quote and approval

Repair cost, parts considerations, and timing are communicated before quoted work proceeds.

Turnaround focus

The team works toward an excellent turnaround time while staying honest about parts and diagnostic realities.

Workshop check-in

Send enough detail for the repair desk to route the unit properly.

This check-in creates a structured repairs lead for the NXT workshop. Review the repair terms above before submitting; evaluation, fix report, quotation, and completion updates are handled by the team after the request is received.

The form does not create a live tracking portal or approve a repair automatically. It gives the workshop the context needed to start the intake conversation cleanly.

Repair check-in

Share the equipment details, fault, accessories, urgency, and preferred update channel.
