Created as an additional South African access-to-information page.
Access requests
Customers, data subjects, and authorised representatives may request access to records or personal information held by NXT where PAIA, POPIA, contract, consumer law, or another applicable law allows access.
How to request information
- Send the request to info@nxtleveltech.co.za.
- Include your full name, contact details, account or order reference where available, the record requested, the right you are exercising, and the preferred response format.
- Provide proof of identity and, if acting for another person or organisation, proof of authority.
Assessment and response
NXT will assess requests under applicable law and may grant, partly grant, refuse, or ask for clarification. Access may be refused or limited where records contain third-party information, confidential business information, privileged information, security information, or information that law allows or requires NXT to withhold.
Fees and copies
Where lawful, NXT may charge prescribed or reasonable fees for copies, search time, reproduction, courier, or other request costs. NXT will advise the requester before incurring material costs.
Corrections and deletion
If personal information is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, excessive, or unlawfully obtained, the data subject may request correction, deletion, destruction, or restriction where POPIA allows it.
