Allen & Heath SQ 6 24 local, expand to 48 inputs, 14 mix outputs

The SQ-6 is a 48-channel, 36-bus digital mixing console built on Allen & Heath's XCVI FPGA processing engine running at 96kHz, with latency under 0.7ms from input to output. It has 24+1 motorised faders and 24 mic preamps, controlled through a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen framed by illuminated encoders.

Eight stereo FX engines with dedicated returns give access to the RackExtra FX library, and 12 stereo outputs, configurable as groups or auxiliaries, suit in-ear-monitor mixing. An onboard USB Type-A recorder captures stereo and multitrack sessions to a flash drive and plays them back. The main chassis measures 638mm wide, 514.9mm deep and 198.5mm high.
