Introducing The Blackstar STJ50-EL34H St.James 50 EL34H Amplifier Head, a high-performance amplifier head that pushes the boundaries of sonic excellence. Weighing in at just 7.6kg, the St. James 50 EL34 Head is built from Candlenut plywood. This material ensures both strength and lightness, while offering superb acoustic properties.
In collaboration with Celestion, Blackstar has developed the Zephyr lightweight speaker, which uses a traditional Ferrite magnet. This innovation provides exceptional sound quality while keeping the overall weight to a minimum. The amplifier integrates modern SMPS technology, offering universal voltage compatibility. This ensures versatility across various regions while preserving the classic feel and response of traditional iron-core transformers.
Connectivity is a key feature of the St. James 50 EL34 Head. The USB output delivers pure valve tone directly to your recordings. Meanwhile, the XLR CabRig output allows for stage brilliance without the need for microphones. Additionally, the 1/4″ output facilitates private listening through headphones, enhancing your practice sessions or recording process.
The amplifier features two footswitchable channels and a footswitchable Channel II Boost for added top boost. It offers power reduction options of 50W, 2W, and Sag, adapting the output to different playing environments. For further customization, the St. James 50 EL34 Head includes a master volume control, digital reverb, and an effects loop with an effects level switch.
The advanced DSP cabinet simulator, CabRig, provides authentic cabinet emulation for a true-to-life sound experience. The amplifier also comes with a footcontroller for convenient channel switching and boost activation. Finally, its stunning boutique look, including an illuminated logo, adds a touch of professional elegance to its design.
