DI Box – Passive
The Hybrid DB-01 is a passive direct-inject box which is one of the most useful and versatile tools available to interface various audio equipment in numerous ways. The DB-01 primary function is to convert a high-impedance unbalanced signal to a low-impedance balanced signal, allowing the connection of musical instruments to be connected to microphone preamplifiers or to run an audio signal over a long cable length with minimal losses. It is also often used within the DJ industry as an interface between unbalanced and balanced DJ gear. The DB-01 offers many useful features such as a ground lift switch, eliminating earth loops & hum as well as a 3 position attenuation switch preventing the input from clipping.
The DB-01 is a robust and reliable tool, housed in a solid metal casing, and finished off with a black powder coating.
